8.8.08 - Monster Rising

Beijing might have had a very spectacular Olympic opening ceremony, but we had this :)

This actually developed into a very spectacular sunset later, but I've got lots of nice sunsets already, and not many of them include an alien monster rising below a halo of ice crystals in the stratosphere! So now it is all clear. That storm front yesterday really was the precurser to an alien invasion :)

Yes it has been a long week, and now my brain is in weekend meltdown, I'll be OK by Monday....
