25.5.08 - Poetic Justice! Yesterday was a very lazy day for me, so lazy that I've only just noticed that I didn't load a DP :)
I went for a run in the morning, so I suppose I wasn't totally lazy, but after that it was armchair sports all the way. I watched some Rugby League late morning, then the Monaco Grand Prix over lunch. And what a race that was! F1 can be a procession, but when it rains it becomes brilliant to watch, and Louis Hamilton drove like a genius too. There was some golf on, but I'm with Mark Twain on golf ("a good walk spoilt") so didn't take much notice. Then I watched Rugby Union Sevens, one of the fastest sports on the planet, and that was great too. By tea-time I was exhausted :)
Then I remembered that I hadn't taken a photo all day, and went for a drive hoping for a nice sunset, but it remained grey and drizzly like it had been all day. Back home I dived in the shower and settled down to watch "Walk the Line", then I glanced out of the window and saw this!!! Now I could have gone outside for a more interesting shot, but I was in my dressing gown and frankly couldn't be bothered, so this is your lot for today I'm afraid, teach me to be so lazy :)
