Greetwell Hollow is a wonderful semi-wild area on the NE outskirts of Lincoln, UK. It was formerly ironstone workings, and is now a SSSI (site of special scientific interest) as well as a Nature Reserve. Although it is quite small, you can find limestone grassland, shrubland, streams, marshes and small forested areas here. I hope these photos do some justice to Greetwell Hollow.
